At every one of these moments in history, he thought life would not ever be as before. He was right; the "new normal" would settle in, many years later. However, with COVID 19, "life as usual", seems not to be an option anymore. So what will the "new normal" look afterward? To recover from this unprecedented crisis, Michael will give his solutions.
